Knowledge Base - Multiple languages

Is there a simple way to push English version of KB article to other languages?

Could also be i am using it wrong, making it time consuming for myself, not complaining i am OK with tasks like this but if there is a more effective way please let me know :smiley:

My process:
Create KB article in English β†’ Save KB article β†’ Copy title
Change language β†’ Paste title β†’ Update
Change language β†’ Paste title β†’ Update
Change language β†’ Paste title β†’ Update

Go back to English β†’ Copy article
Change language β†’ Paste article > Update
Change language β†’ Paste article > Update
Change language β†’ Paste article > Update

And we are planning on adding even more languages as we expand… :slight_smile:

We do it this way currently because:

  1. So the article exist and agent can see it hasn’t been translated.
  2. Giving visual reference for the agent on what to translate.
  3. So the article can be searched for in that language.

Just wanted to check, would’ve felt terrible if i did 3-400+ articles manually just to find out there was an easier way :stuck_out_tongue:

Did the research before i posted, not worth bloating feature request with a slightly QoL addition only :wink:
