Trigger - action email send - more receivers

Currently you can only choose one of the following four as receiver for outgoing emails via trigger:

• Customer
• Article Last Sender
• Owner
• All Agents

It would be nice to have the possibility to add any user (like it’s done in the overview configuration) or ANY email-address (free text) you like. Or even multiple email-addresses (including cc and bc of course).

Hello Devin,
we are currently cleaning up our community requests and came across this request.
Since Version 3.4 you can select users also.

To select Mail-Addresses is intentionally not possible.
