Current situation:
In the current standard, it is possible to delegate the “report_profile” (admin.report_profile) permission to a specific role. With this permission, it is possible to see ticket information in reports from a system/admin point of view and to create and edit new profiles. Agents can be granted the permission “report”, giving them read access to all report profiles.
Feature Request:
Sometimes it is desired to make report profiles available only to specific groups of people, limiting the information/tickets they can see to a specified scope. This scope could be a specific report profile that should be made available without granting access to all other profiles (or the creation of new ones).
Use Case:
A use case is that colleagues from another department, who are no Zammad admins, may need the reports to investigate their specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
