View Permission Reports

Hey All,
some Question, I try to configure Reports for diverent Agent-Roles. But it seems, that there is no “View-Permission” for Reports. Everyone which hase the Permission to View Reports see every Report which is created.

In my Opinion you should restrict the Reports on Agent-Roles like Groups… Also the Users which can creat Reports should only see there Groups and not every Group.

There’s two permission:

  • admin.report_profile for creating and adjusting reporting profiles
  • report which is a agent permission allowing to read

There’s no option to further restrict that. This function is a power user functionality and absolutely not meant to apply the agents permissions on that scope.
