Feature Request: Specific Template Creation for Departments
I am seeking the ability to create customizable templates in Zammad for specific departments to streamline data collection and automation processes.
Problem to Solve:
I need to create templates tailored to specific departments, such as HR, for recurring tasks like onboarding new employees. For example, a template called “New Hire” would be exclusively available to the HR department. When HR selects this template, it would automatically populate with required fields and objects that they need to complete, such as employee details, department, and role.
The goal is to use this information to automate subsequent processes. Specifically, once the form is completed, the data would trigger the creation of a new user account in Okta, as well as any other required onboarding actions (e.g., assigning groups, granting access to applications).
Or if anyone can think of a more creative way to get this done - I am also open to that as well.
