Start contacting client by sms

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1721024193.9d09987e.bullseye
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian Bullseye
  • Browser + version: Version 126.0.6478.127 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64)

Expected behavior:

  • Create new client which is known by name and mobil number
  • start a new ticket and send it by sms

Actual behavior:

  • only incomming ticket sent by sms can be answerd by sms

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Is it possible to start a new ticket by sms and send it to the client?
