You are aware that you’re mentioning a feature request and the expected behavior is thus not implemented?
If you want that function too, consider giving a heart to the first article of the feature request.
Bumping with several topics does not speed up things and even worse, may lower the visual need we see as all likes divide over several posts.
I Think it is a bug and not a feature request.
I can use “select value” in workflow. If i open a new ticket the selection is ok. If i change a value of the listbox, it change back to first value.
The option to stop the action after hid is “yes” so i think the action to one time if i open the mask, but the action returns in every field and so the value change back.
I think, mike7419 is right: That seems to be a bug. And it is easily reproducible.
This is not a bug but a feature request.
You guys just have no clue how to configure the workflow correctly.
