It is very important for us, that our customers only receive replies to their tickets during business hours. However, we often write answers outside business hours, when we must not send them.
Hence, it would be much appreciated, if it was possible to complete a reply outside business hours, hit a “send later” button and add a time and date when the reply should be sent by Zammad.
