Anything else which you think is useful to understand your use case:
We got the advise to store customer Data on a certain Infrastructure where at least specific filetypes has to be removed after around 90Days after closing a ticket. If we are not able to do that we have to change to a Ticket system of our Mother Company.
Please add possibility to add webhooks for uploaded files. So we could redirect them and replace attachments with a Link to this resource.
