Problems to add Calendar to Outlook online

• Used Zammad version: version 6.5.0-1746528101.52ecbeb3.noble
• Used Zammad installation type: package
• Operating system: Windows Server
• Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

• Want to have the zammad calendar in our Outlook

Actual behavior:

• We all use M365 online. if i want to add the calendar url as Calendar in the Outlook it is not possible, the Online Version do not want to add it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

It seams like that the Windows are only like CalDav Format.
They do not like the ical.

We use Outlook 365 in our Environment and if I want to add the Agent calendar it is not possible because the online Version do not want it. It’s a feature request. We generally do not provide ETAs on features etc. You’ll need patience. If you don’t have that (which is fine) and you desperately need the feature / enhancement, you can contact Zammads sales to try to get this sponsored.
