Title: change the iCal Calendar to that it is possible to add to Outlook 365
- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
We use Outlook 365 in our Environment and if I want to add the Agent calendar it is not possible because the online Version do not want it. - Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
To see not the Tickets which would be escalated at this time. - Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because that is a internal thing of Zammad to change I think. - What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
To have the calendar in Outlook.
