One email request - double tickets

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4.0-1594825410
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Safari

We updated the zammad to 3.4 two days ago.

Actual behavior:

Email channel: 98% of the time, it works. But it has already happened twice today that two tickets are made from one request and the customer gets two ticket numbers.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

can unfortunately not reproduce it

Did your customer send it to only one address?
I’m asking it because maybe it’s the same issue as here

Is the mail sensitive?
If not, would it be possible to share it’s headers?
