"New Ticket" "Send Email" allow selecting an organization's all active users

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    We sometimes need to send the same email title and same text to all user customers in an organization. For example on the new ticket page https://zammad.com/#ticket/create/id/1234 the Send Email only allows selecting one customer from an organization.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    Where we need to manually create a new ticket with same title and same text for many number of users belonging to the same organization.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    I do not know why, except for the information in previous similar feature requests for example Create several tickets (with the same content) for several customers and Zammd Multiple Recipients etc and many more similar posts are found in search.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    Feature request for the zammad page “New Ticket” “Send Email” at https://zammad.com/#ticket/create/id/1234 to allow selecting an organization all active users, and/or to allow selecting multiple specific users, and for zammad to batch create new tickets and send emails to the selected customers.
