Hi, maybe I’m to stupid to find it, but how do I write to multiple persons ?
I want to write an E-Mail to 5 Persons without CC or BCC.
When I do it like this
I just get an error message.
During ticket creation Zammad needs to one the relevant ticket customer.
Thsi means that you cannot provide several users at this point of the ticket. We would have to throw a dice to know which user we should pick as customer here.
