ISO date format for all languages

In Language-independent, fixed date format it is mentioned, that I can set the date format in the translations, but I can’t find that page. How can I change the date format? Thanks in advance!

You’ll need administrative permission for the translation management in order to do that. The rest is mentioned in our documentation:
https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/system/translations.html#local-translations

Thanks for the quick reply. Somehow I can’t find the place where the date format is translated. I find a long list of translation strings, such as “A open source monitoring tool” (isn’t there an “n” missing?), but where is “Date & Time” as shown by the screenshot in Language-independent, fixed date format ?

Found it: I need to add a translation for FORMAT_DATE, which was not present before. Thanks again!

Please also consider upgrading Zammad. You seem to be on a version older than 6.3 (current is 6.3.1)

It says 6.3.1-1720005266.58ae1e03.bookworm.
I always use the .deb package, so relatively current, right?

That’s good enough, I interpreted your response incorrectly, thanks!
