How to open multiple tickets to the left panel?

Is there a way to open multiple tickets to the left hand side panel?

Hey @novabum,

what do you mean? Any opened ticket get’s pinned to the left panel by default. There’s a max but it’s definitely possible to pin multiple open tickets there.

I click on a ticket and it opens. I have to get back to the Overview panel to click on another ticket. I feel that very slow.

I’d like to select 5-10 tickets and open them on the left panel at once. So I can quickly click/read through them later.

It’s not possible, no.

Not sure how useful this might be to others, but I’m often in the situation where I’m going through several tickets with the same subject, mainly from cron mails: [image] I like to sort cron mails by sender or subject, but this unfortunately makes the < and > buttons in the ticket rather useless because those buttons don’t respect different sort orders. So instead I click on each ticket one at a time to open them. But this gets confusing quickly because it’s easy to lose track of which ticket…

You can vote it with giving the first article a heart. We use this to measure the need.
