Highlight Updated/New/unread tickets

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and new to Zammad but really enjoying it so far.

I hope this topic is in the correct location as it is for a feature that I do not believe is currently in the software, but I’m happy to be proved wrong.

I have been searching for a way to have new tickets, updated tickets or unread changes to be highlighted in some way within the ticket overview, this could be with a symbol or the ticket becomes a different color. I am aware of the notifications on the Zammad logo but it would be nice to have somthing on the overview. This would be for agents and not customers.
