Email Notification through Google Channel


Ive gotten Google Channel up and running, it sends messages regarding tickets and such but how can i get Zammad to use that channel for Email notifications to agents?


I don’t think it’s easily possible to use a Google channel for agent notifications.

As far as I’m aware it’s not recommended to use Gmail for transactional emails as it has very low rate limits for emails which agent notifications could easily use up.
