i have some trouble with my triggers and i did not find a way to solve this. So i created this feature request:
- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
We have many triggers and automations, that send mails to our customers. For legal reasons, we have to provide an imprint with the names of our CEO for example. Due to a change of the CEO, i have to search each trigger and automation for outdated company imprints.
For a better handling (and not to overlook it) it would be very usefull, if we can specify one of the mail signatures for the email part of an trigger for instance. The signatures are already defined in the zammad mail settings.
- Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
The change of the CEO last month - i have to search for outdated informations in nearly 50 triggers, automations and so on.
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
I did not find an option to define the signature, when using “mail” as trigger action.
- What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
A better handling of the internal tasks. Also i want avoid legal difficulties.
