Option to append central signatures within Triggers and Schedulers

Customer suggest to allow email actions within triggers and schedulers to automatically append signatures that are defined already.

This appending should rely on ID relations of the signatures so that the administrator can change the signature globally at one place without cycling through the dozen triggers and schedulers.

Note: This indirectly plays into this gap: Make it possible to manipulate outgoing E-Mails however, it still is different :slight_smile:

There should also be an option to use the signature configured in the group. So you don’t need one trigger per group, if they have different signatures.
