Clone Object Attributes

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubunutu 20.04LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome 97

Expected behavior:

  • Be able to clone complicated tree selects in the objects section (Ticket Attribute)

Actual behavior:

  • While we can clone most items within Zammad to prevent inadvertent breaking of built-in functions, there is no option to clone a ticket/user/org/group attribute in the UI.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a complicated tree-select ticket object(mine corresponds to contract subsections) and attempt to clone it so you can have multiple entries all reportable without using tags (as agents can mistype)

###Use Case:
*Complicated tree selection objects could be duplicated in order to allow multiple selections without fear of agents mistyping reportable data
