Add BCC to E-Mail-Template

I have already found out, that we can store a static BCC address.

Is there a possibility that a BCC address can be built into the e-mail template, which is filled with the address from the Zammad e-mail account used?
The background is that we work with 3 support departments and each want to store a copy of the outgoing e-mails in the respective group mailbox. We are currently filling in the address manually in the cc field, which is, however, time-consuming and unnecessarily confusing for the recipient.

No this is not possible.
The system bcc address is for exactly that use case of yours. What you’ll need to do is to use filter rules on your mail server to split it down to your mailboxes in question.

That’s compromise we’ve decided on, because we’re not planning on providing BCC fields - especially not to agents directly.

Thank you - sometimes you are blind to the simplest things. I could have figured it out myself.
