Voice Messages on Ticket

Dear Community, referring to this request and that, I suggest to add a voice message feature in the Zammad Chat, perhaps with an optional transcription to text. I would like to speak directly into my client hardware.
This would be useful not only for custom but especially for agents to give a longer notice or instruction on internal chats. Sometimes it’s easier to speak a message than to write a long text. And it’s modern to do that, isn’t it…
