Trigger to Individual Agents

Hi,

I would like to see a feature to achieve the following:

Trigger not sent email notifications to “All Agents”
Trigger only sent email notifications to “Individual Agents”

You currently can workaround this with some tricks by temporary setting the agent you want to notify by triggers as owner and afterwards back to the original owner.

Just a small side note if needed.

sorry bro, I don’t know what you mean.
We can’t set owner to Many user (Mail receiers), so how could we sent “Alert Email to individual”?

You can’t.
I just wanted to tell you that you could workaround this with two triggers per agent to achieve this in a dirty way.
