Trigger to Individual Agents Technical assistance

Hi, I would like to see a feature to achieve the following: Trigger not sent email notifications to “All Agents” Trigger only sent email notifications to “Individual Agents” Have fun. Ye Lin Aung System Engineer Feel free to modify this template.

As you wrote in your FR, this is currently not possible.
