Trigger to Individual Agents via Email

Now, My Zammad version is 2.8.xx

Expected behavior:

  • I want to sent Email notification to “Individul Agents” via Trigger

Actual behavior:

  • Now, Trigger can only send notifications to “All Agents”

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add individual Agents name in Trigger destination name

As you wrote in your FR, this is currently not possible.
