Trigger not working when new sms-ticket created

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: zammad/zammad-docker-compose
  • Operating system: docker
  • Browser + version: safari 13.0.5

Expected behavior:

  • note in the ticket

Actual behavior:

  • nothing, trigger doesn’t work

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • trigger condition: action is created.
  • trigger action: internal note.

When I receive new sms via module twilio the trigger not working, but new ticket was created.

When I create ticket manually (by channel: call) this trigger works perfectly.
