Expected behavior:
- note in the ticket
Actual behavior:
- nothing, trigger doesn’t work
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- trigger condition: action is created.
- trigger action: internal note.
When I receive new sms via module twilio the trigger not working, but new ticket was created.
When I create ticket manually (by channel: call) this trigger works perfectly.
