How can default user use templates when creating new tickets?
(even when the administration right administer templates is selcted in the role for the user templates cant be used when creating tickets)
This is really sad and makes Zammad unusefull for our use case. With the objects it could be used for one use case only. Really sad as the tool seemed really good at first glance.
