- Operating system: Ubuntu Server 22.0.4
- Browser + version: Microsoft Edge 120.0.2210.133
Expected behavior:
- When I click reply on a ticket, it should use the mail of the sender as the recipient.
Actual behavior:

When an agent created a ticket it looks like this:

But if use reply, it’s using the recipient mail instead of the sender:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use the reply button on a ticket.
I know that there is a ticket already:

But I couldn’t figure out how to solve this issue. Can someone please tell me in detail to fix it? Thank you.
