Ticket Full Quote Reply per Group

Expected behavior:

I would like to set the reply-behavior per group insead of globally for my user.
I have two groups. One of them should have the full history-quote in the replies. The other only the ticket-answer-message.

Actual behavior:

Only settable globally for my user.

This is a global option, sorry.
A per group basis would add a lot more complexity - not just in configuration terms.

We tend to try to keep Zammad as simple and slick as possible.
If this is a feature request, you may want to change the category to feature request instead.

Guess, it is one. Since this feature doesn’t exist. Though it might not be a good one, given you said it would complicate a lot of things.
