Sending E-Mails to Agents from Zammad without telling the customer the agents e-mail addresses

I think this is the best way. I created https://community.zammad.org/t/sending-internal-emails-to-agents-on-demand/843. I am sure we are not the only one who want to send internal emails by trigger.
