- Used Zammad installation type: Package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04
- Browser + version: Chrome 142.0.7444.163 on Win11 pro 24H2
Expected behaviour:
- Be able to schedule a ticket to be created either Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Annually.
Actual behaviour:
- Can’t see how to do it. Looks to be a feature request for this from 2017.

Seems like a fairly obvious / significant feature to be missing. I think that I could do this by creating some scripts to call the API that are themselves called by cron but that feels like a bit of a crude way to do it.
Is this still something that is missing from the main UI?
