Currently, when I first started using Zammad, the default ticket number is 98001. Please assist me in resetting it to 00001.

This has been covered in previous tickets, albeit older versions.
I recommend you take a look at the following to gain insight on the matter:
This is not a solution as it removes everything from Zammad. (aka a hard reset to “factory defaults”).
Not sure if this helps at all. The System ID can be in a range in between 10 to 99. Everything beside that is potentially not working and thus out of scope.
You cannot reset the ticket increments at all.
