Hello everyone,
I’m using Zammad and I would like to know if there is an option to display certain reports to clients based on specific report profiles, controlled by permissions. The idea is to allow each client to access only the reports that correspond to them according to their profile.
Does anyone know if this feature is already implemented in Zammad? Or if not, are there plans to add it in future updates?
I really appreciate any guidance on this.
