Can we restrict the report download option for based on groups

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …): Ubuntu package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • The A group agents can download him assigned group tickets only by clicking report graph icon download option bottom left corner.

Actual behavior:

  • Every agent group can view and download all group reports while clicking report options

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • The report profile could be display based on group of currently logged user

The documentation says this:

Be aware that granting users the reporting permission may leak information. On the one hand, users could see ticket metadata that they do not actually have access to.

Also it doesn‘t say a word about limitting access. So no, that is not possible. Use Grafana with clean access permissions to specific dashboards and you‘ll be good.
