Could someone assist with being able to perform an action on a search result? I need to add a tag to a set of tickets that match a search but it seems one has to open each one individually?
Is there a work around?
Can this be done through the DB directly?
Sorry, but this is currently not possible.
I think I’ve seen a request like this earlier, but can’t seem to find it at the moment.
A workaround could be a overview giving you those tickets you’re searching for, but that’s somewhat dirty.
