Own Pending Action State doesnt works correctly

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0-1700492762.96ac5a60.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22
  • Browser + version: all

Expected behavior:

  • The pending action state should switch when the time is reached or when the time from a trigger is reached

Actual behavior:

  • The state changes randomly after a few minutes e.g 8,13 or 15 minutes
    1
    2
    3
    4

When i set a trigger on after realtiv 1 minute, the status changes immediately

When i set a trigger before realtiv the trigger doesent trigger

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a own pending state over the console and set this status or create a trigger with this status

You may give it a try by changing the activation type from “Action” to “Time Event”. Nevertheless, I have a similar issue reported in Time event triggers based on breached escalation times, I haven’t found a solution for.

Change to “Time Event” dosent work ether.

It is very inconsistent.
Sometimes it works on point and sometimes it is a few mintues delay. But the trigger doesnt work anyway except “after realtiv” which changes the state immediately

The trigger can only work currently with time-based events. But checking the pending reminder is only executed every 15 minutes. So this can lead to different execution times after a ticket reached the pending reminder.

Can i edit this timer per Console or do i need to change something in the code of zammad?
