Overview search/Filter and folding function

Hi,

I would have a function for folding and unfolding groups if “Group by” is selected in an overview. As well as filter and/or search function in an overview.

You should also be able to see if and how many tickets are available in a group for example by a Number.

We have several groups and currently I would have to create a separate overview with closed tickets for each group, otherwise you have to scroll forever until you find the right group.

It would be sweet if grouped tickets were counted. F. e.: i have an overview with all my tickets grouped by state.
