I’ve both searched the documentation and the community pages, but couldn’t find a similar request. If it does exists i’m sorry for double posting, and would like to get pointed in the right direction.
It would be really nice if a ticket has an overview of all attachments in each article. Sometimes the thread could become really long, with attachments in various places, it would be nice to see a bundled overview of these.
For example see how this is in jira service desk, but other ticketing systems offer similar functionality. see attached sample of jira.
If it’s easy to code I would be happy to attempt a PR, but I would need some guidance on where this could be done in the code base.
