Option to delete users, groups, roles and organizations in the UI

Hi,

I am missing the option to directly delete users, groups, roles and organizations in the UI (action column) like for the overviews or the macros.

Especially with regard to GDPR I think it necessary to be able to delete at least users and their personal data easily.

Per law any data processing entity must give users the opportunity to delete their user data at any time. Either manually through an admin or even better, the user can do it themselves. Deletion of groups is not possible intentionally, as you have to ensure that the group has no tickets anymore.

Deletion of all those information is already possible via rails, in case you need it now.
