Office 365 Inbound channel not working

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1721886578.f7062be2.noble
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: Variuos, same problem

Expected behavior:

Create Ticket within the inbound channel Office 365

Actual behavior:

Receive nothing

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

The Office 365 channel is succesfully created:

When send a mail at the address helpdesk@xxxx there is no ticket creation.
The email was sucesfully received in the mailbox helpdesk@xxxx

Anyone have some idea?
