I have a ticket open with a customer who is part of an organisation with multiple users.
When the ticket is updated by us, I’d like everyone in that organisation to get a notification, not just the single ticket owner.
I don’t think this is possible at the moment, I have found similar requests:
Is it possible to set a Trigger to notify all users of an organization about something?
Even a custom list of email addresses will be fine at least.
Something like:
[Selezione_999(932)]
Can’t figure out if it’s possible or if I’m posting a feature request. In case feel free to switch category.

Would it be possible to add groups or organisations to triggers notifications?
It’s not possible to notify complete organization sets.
Notifying group sets via triggers wouldn’t make too much as this is a notification functionality for agents already.
Above mentioned functions cannot cover customers in the way you want.
