Note Order within Ticket

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Chrome 109.0.5414.120

I’m looking for a way to sort Notes within a ticket so that the newest entry is at the top of the ticket going down to the oldest entry.

Thank you for providing that info. I see now when opening a ticket the last note entered is where the view begins!
