Newest ticket entries above

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.0
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Firefox 107.0.1

Hello all I am new to Zammad. The installation went quite well and the first things are done. However, what I can’t find is, I would like to have the newest entries for a ticket sorted to the top. So that the newest is always on top and not at the bottom. I can’t find any info on this. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how I can set this - if possible.

Zammad will always jump down to the latest ticket article. This sometimes may not work entirely if your browser still loads big pictures that change the browsers view port.

The article order cannot be changed. It’s always old → new.
