New Ticket State Question

Question if there is a way to change the pending till words to like Estimated time, and for only new created new ticket state “On Process” and not change to pending reminder and pending close.

Personally I’d not use a pending action for this, but instead a custom field “estimated time” or so as a date picker field. That’s the best way to achieve your desired functionality.

Pending action will be sketchy on this, because it will always pend to that time and remind you.
