Ticket Object question

@MrGeneration Sir as per your advised New Ticket State Question

I created object under ticket. format is date and i want is to show only for customer side and only agent can change the date.

but in object settings in customer section and if you only the check the created_middle show check and uncheck the edit the object is not visible on the ticket details in customer side. you need to check the show created_middle and the edit to show.
is possible to view only for customer and will appear when agent update the object

zammad version 3.1 fresh installed via deb
ubuntu 18.04
browser latest.
