More than one trigger using email notication

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.0-1713527245.bf4df2a1.bookworm
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Firefox 125.0.1 (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • Trigger A sends a ticket received/created notification email to the customer.
  • Trigger B sends a ticket/created email to our helpdesk with the Ticket Number in the subject.

The email content and recipients are different, which is why I am using 2 different Triggers.

Actual behavior:

  • When Trigger A and B are both enabled, Zammad fails to process and create the ticket altogether and no emails get sent out.
  • It only works when I disable one of the Triggers.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Clone default ticket received Trigger.
  • Change the content
  • Change the recipient
