Mobile interface show "The connection to the server is lost"

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: version 6.0.0-1689692060.509a4e6a.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome on Android 114.0.5735.196 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • A working mobile interface

Actual behavior:

  • Mobile interface always shows "The connection to the server is lost”
  • unable to reply in a ticket

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • login to zammad in chrome on android

Please make sure to read New Major Release: Zammad 6.0! carefully. If this does not help, there are a lot of similar posts here :slight_smile:

It was the location /cable { stuff.

Now it works! thank you.

I recently installed this zammad instance and as I remember it was from the start version 6, weird that this was not by default in the configuration.

And I search in the forum, but didn’t find it elsewhere, maybe I didn’t search good enough (or on the wrong place :roll_eyes:)
