- Workflow - action set a field to mandatory
- Not all fields are available
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a workflow for the object User, creation mask and edit mask, on the ACTION section select the organization field and set it to mandatory
The only fields available are Logiin, Firstname, Lastname, Email, Web, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Department, VIP
I looked at the objects for Users. Users does have an organization field but I can’t set it to mandatory. I attempted to create a workflow to make it mandatory but as stated above the Organization field is not available in action.
Eventually I want to create another workflow so that Organization on Tickets is automatically populated
with the value found in the customer’s organization.
Is this possible or am I asking for too much ?
