Ldap Stuck on Analyzing

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Source
  • Operating system: 18.04 ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome 93.0.4

Expected behavior:

  • Complete Sync with ldap

Actual behavior:

  • Stuck on Analyzing Entries now more than 1 month since last update

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • not sure how to reproduce my system is simply stuck with pop up
    will post image
    i can stop it and start new but leave the integrations page and go back and the pop up shows

Restart Zammad and you should be good.

Lol such and IT thing to say, but all services and server where rebooted,

But this can be closed it was elasticsearch after reindex ldap worked again, :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

What can I say, the sync process sometimes gets stuck in a undefined state (very rare) and the only thing helps is to get out the hammer :wink:
